One for all and all for one. When Minqing County was hit by the flood,Hishan Machinery was responsive and quickly assembled a rescue team and bring with them Hishan’s emergency rescue equipment – anti-pollution vehicles and walking excavator and rushed to Bandong village in Minqing County, the village hardest-hit by thphoon”Nepartak”. The rescue team worked closely with armed police forces stationed in Fujian to help clear the roads and open new rescue channels for disaster relief materials to in. the rescue work done by Hishan won appraise from You Quan , Fujian CPC Party Fujian Provincial secretary and people in disaster area.

In the early morning of July 9, afffected by this year’s first typhoon”Nepartak”, , Minqing County was hit by heavy rain, torrents and landslides roared toward the towns and farmlands,thousands of houses collapsed, bridge destroyed, the first-floor on Bandong Street all flooded, a huge disaster was imminent.
 

Unit8710 of the armed police stationed in Fujian was tasked the most difficult job of clearing the farmers’ market and disinfection and epidemic prevention. To speed up the rescue work, Unit8710 quickly contacted Hishan Machinery to come to the rescue.

Hishan machinery dipatched 11 rescue members, carrying with them the best tools – anti-pollution vehicles and walking excavators, departed for Minqin County. Under the guidance of armed police, the team members overcome difficulties and obstacles, and finally arrived at Bandong village after 4 hours. Flood raged through and devastated the streets; mud and garbage were all over the palce. Trees, furnitures, housing components, car wreckage were scattered everywhere, some even vertical to the second floor. Bear this in mind, the rescue team immediately joined in the armed police officers to develop a rescue plan.

High-end equipment

The famer’s market was the largest trade center in Bandong village. After the flood, the mud was filled with waste like dead fouls, seafood, pork, beef, veggie and other trash. Cars caught in the flood were damaged and scattered in the market unclaimed.

A variety of fresh meat and veggie were soaked in mud and baked in the sun for a long time and already started to decay. Even if you stand far away from the market and wear a thick mask, the stink smell can still be felt.
 

Next day in the morning, Hishan rescue team moved the suction excavator and anti-pollution vehicle near the market and started clearing operation with more than 100 armed police.

There were only two small entrances to the market, making the large-size rescue vehicle the armed police used hard to enter. Hishan walking excavator is able to enter the market because of its light and small size. The excavator operator first operated the machine skillfully across the narrow street to clear out the damaged cars that were blocking the roads to make more time and space for the mud and trash clearing.

The fallen gate of Bandong building materials mart blocked the way and it need to be removed immidietely. Hishan walking excavator came in and moved the fallen gate.

On the eastern main road of the market, Hishan ani-pollution vehicle proved its capability. The vehicle suck out the thick mud, grovels and broken bricks easily and leave behind it a spotless pavement.
 

In the latter days of rescue operation, Hishan’s anti-pollution vehicle stretch out its long boom and dig deep into the damaged houses and stores where all the other rescue equipment can not and fishished the clearing work efficiently. For the same amount of work, it would take hundrend if people to do it.

TheHishan-made original excavator can significantly reduce secondary damage in construction and be applied in cleaning the deep-rooted pollution, clearing biological and nuclear contamination, lowering dusts and haze and containing poisonous materials.
 

Rescue efficency was immensely improved due to the use of Hishan’s equipment. According to Mr.Zhang Qiuxian,in just a few days of rescue,the suction excavator suck out muds, waste and pollutants in total of 500tons. The walking excavator cleared more than 200 tons of trash and damaged cars, hundreds of cubic meters of mud and rocks, making the the work easier for armed police unit 8710.
